Booking Procedures

Bookings could be made by filling in the appropriate application forms.

Priority will be given to in-person bookings. 
 Restrictions

Except when tropical cyclone warning signal no. 8, 9 or 10 has been hoisted, if a Member fails to show up for the reservation, a penalty equals to the normal rental would be charged.

The Seminar Room could be used as bride's room or mahjong room if the hiring member has booked the Banquet Hall for private party.

Banquet service will not be provided. 
 Charge

Room Charge
HK$300 per hour and the minimum booking is 2 hours.

The minimum spending is HK$500 / function for simple snacks or drinks.
